GIFT CARDS

The Lifted Gift Card is an electronic gift card program designed for our customers to buy, redeem, recharge, or check balance on-line or at one of our Lifted store locations. The Lifted Gift Card allows the customer the freedom of placing dollar value of any amount (greater than $20.00) onto a card, each purchase you make with card will be deducted from that amount. If the full value of the card is not redeemed, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases.

RECHARGE / ADD MONEY TO A LIFTED CARD
Recharge your card by adding money to it on-line at LiftedLife.com (recharge on-line by typing “recharge gift card” in the search bar or at the Lifted retail boutique or by calling Lifted Customer Service toll free toll-free at 1-877-8-LIFTED M-F 9AM-5PM EST. If outside of business hours please leave your name, phone number, order number, a detailed message, and the best time for us to contact you. We will respond to your order when we receive the message and at your requested time.

You can recharge your card for any amount greater than $10.00. Anyone can add money to your Lifted Gift Card. All they need is the CARD NUMBER and the corresponding CARD CODE NUMBER (4-digit number on the back of the card).

CHECK LIFTED CARD BALANCE
Check your balance on-line at LiftedLife.com (click the GIFT CARD button on the home page and select the check BALANCE button.

LIFTED CARD POLICIES
The Lifted Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Balance remains on the card. Treat as cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Lifted Gift Cards do not expire. However, if the card is not used for any 24-month period, Lifted will deduct $1.50 monthly as a dormant fee.
