We ship all international packages through USPS there are no expected or guaranteed delivery dates due to Customs. Most but not all shipments can be tracked with your Customs number provided depending on the country. We have no control how long shipping takes once it leaves our warehouse and the United States. Some packages may take longer if they are stopped in Customs. Orders placed before 9AM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9AM PST will be shipped next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and Holidays.

Oversized shipping charges will be applied to any heavy or large orders. These oversized shipping charges will be reflected at checkout. International orders will be billed at the rates above plus the actual international shipping charge by the carrier (will vary based on country and order size).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will be reviewed and fulfilled at the discretion of Lifted. The additional charges will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card after Lifted Customer Service has processed your order. You will be contacted via email or phone for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

Additionally, international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Some merchandise may not be available for international shipping. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your international order due to restrictions from a product's supplier, we will notify you via e-mail.

SALES TAX

Your final onscreen total includes all applicable state and local sales taxes. Lifted’s store is located in New York State and is required to charge state and local taxes shipped within New York State. We do not charge state sales tax on orders shipped outside of New York State. We are required to follow the rules of New York State, and the tax on your order reflects those rules.

No sales tax is charged on gift certificates. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when and where the gift certificate is redeemed
